Loob It Up Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or “Mouth Loob”) respects your privacy choices. This page explains your right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and how to exercise it.

Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other states, you have the right to direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information.
"Sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration."Share" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we may allow advertising and analytics partners to collect identifiers and online activity through cookies and similar technologies, which certain laws treat as a "sale" or "share." You can opt out of this activity using the methods below.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out in any of these ways:
Email request: Send an email to ryan@loobitup.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line. Please include the email address and any other identifiers associated with your information so we can process your request.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor the GPC opt-out preference signal where required by law. If you visit our site with a browser or extension that broadcasts GPC, we will treat it as a request to opt out for that browser and device.
Cookie preferences (coming soon): When we launch our cookie consent tool on our Shopify storefront, you will also be able to manage advertising and analytics cookies directly through the preference manager.

What Happens After You Opt Out

After we process your request, we will stop selling and sharing your personal information as described above, and we will direct our relevant partners to do the same. Note that opting out does not stop all data uses — we may still process your information to provide products and services you request, for security and fraud prevention, and for other permitted purposes.
You do not need to create an account or verify your identity to opt out of sale or sharing.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you gave them signed permission to act for you.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not be denied products or services, charged a different price, or provided a different level of quality because you opted out.
