Loob It Up Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or “Mouth Loob”) operates the website located at https://www.loobitup.com, https://www.mouthloob.com, and any related pages, online stores, and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in three ways: information you give us, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

a. Information you provide to us

Contact and identity information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, and (optionally) phone number.
Order and transaction information: products purchased, order value, and order history. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our own systems.
Account information: if we offer accounts, your login credentials and profile details.
Communications: messages, questions, reviews, survey responses, and any other content you send us.
Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving emails or, where offered, text messages.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Services, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings.
Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4.

Note on current status: At this pre-launch stage we use only limited, essential technologies. As we expand (including when we move to our Shopify storefront), we will deploy a cookie consent tool and update this Policy and Section 4 accordingly.

c. Information from third parties

We may receive information from:

Payment processors (e.g., transaction confirmations and fraud signals).
Shipping and fulfillment partners (e.g., delivery status).
Analytics providers (e.g., aggregated usage statistics).
Advertising and marketing partners (e.g., campaign performance and audience data).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, or health data, and we ask that you not send it to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and provide customer support.
Create and manage accounts (if applicable).
Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, service notices).
Send marketing communications where permitted, and let you opt out at any time.
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and our products.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We process this information based on your consent (where required), to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate business interests, and to comply with law.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below:

Service providers / processors: companies that host our site, process payments, fulfill and ship orders, send communications, and provide analytics — limited to what they need to perform services for us.
Advertising and analytics partners: providers that help us understand site usage and deliver relevant advertising. Some of this activity may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under certain state privacy laws (see Section 7 and our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page).
Legal and safety: to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of LooBitUp, our customers, or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may, however, allow advertising and analytics partners to collect identifiers and usage data through cookies and similar tools, which some laws treat as a "sale" or "share." You can opt out — see Section 7.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) for purposes including:

Strictly necessary / essential functions like cart and checkout.
Performance and analytics to understand how the Services are used.
Advertising to measure and personalize marketing (planned as we scale).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, opt-out tools. When we launch our cookie consent banner on the Shopify storefront, you will also be able to manage non-essential cookies directly there.

We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law (see Section 7).

5. How We Protect and Retain Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

6. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age under applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at ryan@loobitup.com and we will delete it.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions.
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.
Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive information for purposes that trigger this right).
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request by emailing ryan@loobitup.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or use our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page for opt-out requests.

Because LooBitUp interacts with customers exclusively online, we provide an email address as our designated request method, as permitted for online-only businesses.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (an opt-out of sale/sharing does not require verification). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

State-specific notes

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have the rights above, including the right to opt out of sale/sharing and to know the categories of information collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed.
Other US states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others with comprehensive privacy laws): residents have comparable rights to access, delete, correct, opt out of targeted advertising and sale, and (in some states) appeal denials.

8. Marketing Communications

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting ryan@loobitup.com. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. We will still send transactional and service messages related to your orders. If we add SMS/text marketing, we will obtain consent and provide opt-out instructions consistent with applicable law.

9. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

10. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States and intended for US users. If you access them from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. If we begin offering or directing the Services to individuals in the EU/UK, we will provide an additional GDPR/UK GDPR notice.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
